The Skeidshovden is a 2730 m high mountain in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises at the southwest end of the Wohlthatmassiv .
It was discovered and mapped using aerial photographs during the German Antarctic Expedition in 1938/39 under the direction of polar explorer Alfred Ritscher .
