The skeleton junior world championship 2006 was the fourth edition of the skeleton junior world championship and took place in Innsbruck on the artificial ice rink bobsleigh Igls . In the women's category, the German winning streak broke and Australian Melissa Hoar secured the junior world title. In the men's category, Alexander Tretyakov secured the Junior World Championship.
