The Ski Center Latemar is a ski resort in Italy . It is partly in South Tyrol , partly in Trentino . The slopes are located on the slopes of the Latemar ( Dolomites ) and the Fiemme Valley Alps around the Reiterjoch .

From the towns of Obereggen , Pampeago and Predazzo , access to the 38 slopes and sections of various degrees of difficulty with a total length of 44.3 km is possible. These include 9.22 km (21.6%) easy, 27.48 km (64.4%) medium and 5.97 km (14%) difficult slopes as well as a snow park for snowboarders and freestyle skiers. The ski area has 18 lifts, 2 gondola lifts, a Telemix system (cabins and armchairs), 3 firmly clamped chairlifts, 10 detachable chairlifts, including an 8th and 6th chairlift and two drag lifts. 5 of these systems also transport hikers to the Latemar region in summer. The total capacity of all lifts is 36,340 people per hour. In 1985, snow cannons began to make snow on the slopes, and 115 snow cannons now cover 100% of the slope area. The basis of the snow-making system is a pipe system 36.5 km long and water reserves of over 48,000 m³.

The Latemar Ski Center is a member of the Dolomiti Superski association .
