Skito Botomoito Litimba (born July 7, 1977 in Kinshasa ) is a former Congolese national soccer player who played mainly in Germany.

career

The striker with a French passport played at the beginning of his career at AS Vita Club Kinshasa in the Congo before he came to Germany in 1998 and played for LR Ahlen together with his compatriot Musemestre Bamba . Under coach Franz-Josef Tenhagen , the team celebrated promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga in the 1999/2000 season. 2001 Litimba moved to SC Paderborn 07 in the Regionalliga Nord . After a brief return to Ahlen, where he played in the reserve under coach Frank Saborowski , the attacker followed his former coach Jupp Tenhagen to 1. FC Bocholt in 2003 , for whom he went on the hunt for goals in the Oberliga Nordrhein for the next four years . In the summer of 2007 Litimba moved to SV Straelen .

With the national team of the Congo Litimba took part in the 1998 African Cup of Nations in Burkina Faso and finished third. After victories over Ghana and Cameroon, among others, his team lost 2-1 in extra time against South Africa in the semi-finals .
