The Sneglehøj of Mern is a so-called worm Hill ( Danish sneglehøj ) in Mern Skovhuse on the Danish island of Zealand . It is a Bronze Age burial mound ( Danish Oldtidshøj ). The hill measures about 40 by 6 meters.

The special thing about Sneglehøjen is a processional path that spirals around the round hill to the top. In Denmark, hills of this type are restricted to Zealand and the neighboring regions. The trail is not associated with any ancient use of the hill and is considered an expression of romantic garden art over the past 150 years.

There are some hills with this name, such as Sneglehøj by Kirke Sonnerup , Sneglehøj by Gladsaxe, the one in Lejre Kommune, Sneglehøj on Møn , Sneglehøj near Vordingborg -Liselund, Rørtang Sneglehøj and Stolpegaard Major in Copenhagen.
