SojaProtein is a Serbian food company headquartered in Bečej . It mainly makes food from soybean . With an annual production of up to 250,000 tons , it is the largest soy product manufacturer in the country and one of the largest producers in Europe.
SojaProtein produces with the help of the HACCP concept in compliance with internationally used management standards for food safety, such as ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 , ISO 22000 and OHSAS 18001 . It also applies Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), the guidelines for quality assurance of production processes and others. It is one of the few companies that does not process genetically modified soybeans. Even after halal - and Kosher standards is produced.
The company delivers its products throughout Europe ( EU , CEFTA , EFTA ), to Russia and Turkey as well as to the rest of the Middle East , also to the Middle East and to the states of North Africa .
history
The Sojaprotein company was founded in 1977, but could not start regular production until 1982. In 2001 the company was privatized and since March 17, 2004 it has been listed on the Belgrade Stock Exchange in the BELEX15 index. Soy Protein has been a subsidiary of the Serbian Victoria Group since 2002 .
activities
Soy protein has a capacity of 900 tons of soy germ per day. Produces soy flours , proteins from soya and in particular in the form of beads or powder lecithin , soybean oil and any type of food from soybean and in particular for the food -, feed - and pharmaceutical industry .
