Solana was a Mexican manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was based in Mexico City and was run by the Solana Familia. It produced automobiles for decades. The brand name was Solana . Depending on the source, production ran from 1935 to 2002, from 1936 to at least 2003 or from 1954 to 1998. 42 vehicles have survived for the period up to 2003. In addition, children's cars were created.

Sports cars were on offer . The 1998 Sport model was an open two-seater with an aluminum body . A Nissan engine with a displacement of 1800 cc propelled the vehicles.
