Diesel Nacional SA , DINA for short , is a Mexican manufacturer of motor vehicles , part of Grupo Empresarial G, SA The company produces heavy-duty and special trucks, city buses, armored military vehicles and intercity buses. The company is owned by the Gomez Flores family.
Company history
The company was founded in 1951. In 1952 the production of commercial vehicles began . Initially, Fiat was the partner, later Renault . For a while, automobiles were also made. One model was marketed as Dinalpin from 1965 to 1974 .
Car
The Renault Dauphine was assembled for Renault .
The Dinalpin corresponded to the Alpine A110 .
