The Solly River is a river in the extreme southwest of the Australian state of Tasmania .

River course

The river has its source on the northern slopes of the Provis Hills in the extreme south of Southwest National Park . From there it flows northeast and flows into the Old River about two kilometers north of Harrys Bluff .
