The Solomon Glacier is a glacier in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Royal Society Range, it lies on the southern flank of the Fisher Bastion and flows from the Solomon Saddle in a westerly direction to the Potter Glacier .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1994 after the American atmospheric chemist Susan Solomon (* 1956), who at the time of his appointment was Chair of the Advisory Committee for the Polar Program of the National Science Foundation .
