The Solota Lypa ( Ukrainian Золота Липа ; Polish Złota Lipa ; Golden Lypa ) is a river in western Ukraine .

It flows through the Ternopil Oblast and forms a large lake north of Bereschany . On the left it flows into the Dniester , which in turn flows into the Black Sea .
