The Sonnenberg is a 661 m high mountain in the Bavarian Alpine foothills north of Lake Starnberg. It is the highest elevation of the Ice Age terminal moraine at the northern end of the former glacier tongue. The highest point is wooded and can be reached first via forest paths, then briefly without a path.
