The Sony Ericsson W995 is a multimedia mobile phone from the Swedish-Japanese company Sony Ericsson , which was launched in the second quarter of 2009.
It has a 53 × 40 mm screen (320 × 240 pixels / 262,144 colors), an 8.1 megapixel camera with autofocus , digital zoom and LED flash, and an integrated MP3 player ( Walkman ) with FM radio .
The Sony Ericsson W995 is based on the A200 operating system, a proprietary OS and features WLAN , HSDPA and HSUPA . It also has a GPS function, maps for the navigation function are included. The internal memory of the telephone is 118 megabytes and is supplemented by an 8 gigabyte memory stick micro memory card that is supplied .
The device is operated by maneuvering buttons below the screen. In addition, it has a slide-out numeric keypad, direct selection buttons on the sides for the Walkman and digital camera, buttons for adjusting the volume and for zooming as well as buttons for skipping, rewinding and pausing songs, which enables faster operation.
