The Sorsumer Mühle is a former windmill and monument in the municipality of Wennigsen .

The mill was built in 1880 on a hill east of the village of Sorsum and is now privately owned. It is a three-story Dutchman . The builder was master miller Theodor Dörries. The last active miller was Hermann Will, who bought the company in 1950. Before the mill was built, the Sorsum farmers' grain was transported to the water mills in Wennigsen or Vörie . The original mill ownership included the windmill, a house with a barn, the warehouse and three acres of land. The cost of building the mill was 42,000 Reichsmarks.

Sorsumer Mühle is also the name of an award-winning breed of the Boxer dog. The name was given because the breeding was located at the exit of Sorsum in the field of vision of the mill.
