The Sosa Bluff is a 700 m high cliff in the West Antarctic Queen Elizabeth Land . In the Argentina Range of the Pensacola Mountains , it rises 1.5 km south of Lisignoli Bluff in the Schneider Hills .
The United States Geological Survey (USGS) mapped it using the United States Navy's own measurements and aerial photographs from 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after Lieutenant Óscar Roberto Sosa of the Argentine Navy , head of the Belgrano I station in the Antarctic winter of 1966.
