The Soto Glacier is a 19 km long glacier on the Black Coast of the Palmerland on the Antarctic Peninsula . It flows in a south-easterly direction along the south-west side of Strømme Ridge to Odom Inlet .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it in 1974. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the glacier in 1976 after the Argentine oceanographer Luis R. Soto, who participated in the International Weddell Sea Oceanographic Expeditions in 1968 and 1970.
