Soul Sister Dance Revolution ("SSDR" for short) is a Dutch band that was founded in 2009 in The Hague . Their style is assigned to indie rock and alternative rock , with elements of pop also being included.

history

On April 4, 2013, their first album "Playground Kids", which they presented and sold in a regional supermarket in The Hague, was released. There are four single releases of the album, of which only two are available outside the Netherlands. The group performed at many events in the Netherlands, such as B. at Westerpop and the Life I Live Festival. Soul Sister Dance Revolution are now regulars on the Dutch radio station 3FM . In October 2012, the band also became 3FM's Serious Talent with the single Hold The Line . Soul Sister Dance Revolution first achieved international fame in August 2013 as the opening act for Imagine Dragons , where they performed two concerts in Ireland and one in Northern Ireland . A concert in Germany at the Reeperbahn Festival is also planned.
