The South East European University ( English : South East European University) is an internationally recognized public-private non-profit university with headquarters in Tetovo , northern Macedonia and a campus in Skopje . It was founded in 2001 by the Dutch diplomat Max van der Stoel . The Southeast European University is a member of the European University Association and the Balkan Universities Network .

The university consists of five faculties:

  • Law
  • Public administration and political science
  • Law Faculty
  • Economics
  • Languages, cultures and communication
  • Contemporary science and technology

The courses are held in English , Albanian and Macedonian .
