The Social Security. Journal for Labor and Social Affairs (SoSi) is a legal journal that deals with current labor and social law issues. Until 1999 it had the addition in the title: Journal for labor market and social policy , as well as: The social policy monthly journal of the trade unions .
In particular, topics from the field of social security law , employment promotion , basic security for job seekers and rehabilitation law are dealt with . The articles primarily deal critically with developments in labor and social policy and offer guidelines for practitioners of social law. The magazine is aimed at employees of the social security agencies, the trade unions and lawyers in science and practice.
The SoSiplus supplement is attached. Social Security Information Service , which has been 12 (previously: four) pages since 2009.
The magazine has been published by the German Federation of Trade Unions since 1952 . It appears 11 times a year in the middle of the month in Bund-Verlag , Frankfurt am Main. The editing is with Hans Nakielski and Rolf Winkel.
The printed edition is 3,500 copies, the subscription edition is 3,000 copies.
