Sandeep "Sandy" Malhotra travels to London to show his love for his girlfriend Sanjana, because he wants to marry her too. Just as he is trying to persuade Sanjana to marry, he receives a call from an unknown woman: Richa Varma. She is the wife of MI5 agent Siddharth, who is about to decipher a secret code.
The terrorists Kabir Khan and his assistant Monica, as well as other accomplices, kidnap Richa and lock her in an attic. With a broken phone, Richa managed to get in touch with the outside world and ended up with Sandy, whom she urgently asks for help.
The villains blackmail Siddharth with the death of his wife if he does not have the ransom ready and if he does not shoot the Indian Prime Minister who is visiting London. After much back and forth, Sandy can save Richa and prevent the attack. The Prime Minister personally thanks Sandy.
