Zayed Khan ( Hindi : ज़ैद ख़ान , Zaid Kh ān ; born July 5, 1980 ) is an Indian film actor .

He attended the "Wellan Boys" primary school in Dehradun . Since he was on a film set for the first time at the age of eight, he wanted to be an actor and therefore went to an international school in Kondaikanal in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu when he was ten. Inspired by this, he left India and studied film abroad. He is the son of Sanjay Khan , brother-in-law of Hrithik Roshan and cousin of Fardeen Khan . He has been married to Malaika Parekh since November 20, 2005 . The two have been a couple for ten years. He has three older sisters. He is Muslim and his mother tongue is Urdu . He got into the film business without any support from his family, which meant that his first films were flops or semi-hits. After all, to become successful there, it took several years of hard work. This paid off because his new films are usually very successful. Since Main Hoon Na , where he was seen alongside superstar Shah Rukh Khan , things have only been looking up for him. The young actor Zayed Khan made his film debut in 2003 with the film Chura Liyaa Hai Tumne , alongside actress Esha Deol . He was also a guest judge on "Indian Idol", the Indian version of "Deutschland sucht den Superstar".
