Spezzano Piccolo was an Italian municipality in the province of Cosenza in Calabria with the last 2053 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2016). Since May 5, 2017, it has been part of the newly founded municipality of Casali del Manco .
Spezzano Piccolo is about fifteen kilometers east of Cosenza on the valley of the Crati River and had a train station on the former Pedace – San Giovanni in Fiore railway .
The parish church in the village is worth seeing. Inside there are paintings from the 15th century.
