The Spokane Canaries were an American ice hockey team from Spokane , Washington . The team played in the Pacific Coast Hockey Association in the 1916-17 season .

The franchise of the Victoria Aristocrats from the Pacific Coast Hockey Association in 1916, relocated to Spokane, Washington where he played in the season 1916/17 under the name Spokane Canaries. Out of 23 games, the team won eight times and lost 15 times. The Canaries finished fourth and last in the league. At the end of the season, they stopped playing again, while the team from Victoria resumed playing in the PCHA for the 1919 season .
