Spreadeagle

The term spreadeagle (more rarely spread eagle or spread eagle ) comes from English and describes a posture in which a person stretches his arms and legs wide. The position bears her name in accordance with an eagle (Engl. Eagle ), whose wings are spread (Engl. Spread ). The position is mainly used in sports such as figure skating , dance and skydiving as well as in sexual acts such as sexual intercourse (also known as "starfish" here) and as a bondage position in bondage .
