The Sredn'aja Hill ( English ; Russian Сопка Средняя Sopka Srednjaja , German 'Middle Hill' ) is a steep and conical hill on the Knox coast of the East Antarctic Wilkesland . It rises about 1.5 km north of the Polish Dobrowolski station at the intersection of two ridges in the Bunger Hills .
Scientists on a Soviet Antarctic expedition mapped and named it in 1956. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia transcribed this name in 1991 in a transcribed partial translation into English.
