Stéphane Richard
Stéphane Richard (born August 24, 1961 in the Caudéran district of Bordeaux ) is a French civil servant and manager.
Life
Richard studied at two elite universities , the École des hautes études commerciales de Paris (HEC) and the ENA (graduating class 1987).
He was Executive Director (Directeur de Cabinet) in the French Ministry of Economics and Finance , a. a. as head of cabinet of Christine Lagarde . As the successor to Didier Lombard , Richard has headed the state - owned company France Télécom as President-directeur général (PDG) since 2011 .
