The Roman Catholic parish church of St-Martin in Villers-en-Arthies , a French parish in the Val-d'Oise department in the Île-de-France region , was built from the 13th century. The building has been on the list of architectural monuments in France as Monument historique since 1939 .

history

The St. Martin consecrated church stands in a cemetery. The parish was established in 1060. The church, built in the 13th century, was renovated in the 16th century after it was destroyed during the Hundred Years War . Only parts of the choir and the basement of the bell tower remain from the medieval church . The portal decorated in the flamboyant style is remarkable . The tower is built to the north of the transept.
