The Roman Catholic Church of St-Saturnin in Buhy , a French commune in the Val-d'Oise department in the Île-de-France region , was built in 1878/79.

history

The St. The parish church , consecrated to Saturninus , was built on the site of a 12th century church that was demolished in 1877 and rebuilt in the 15th century.

Today's hall church , with a transverse arm and a bell tower, is covered by a sloping roof. The tower has arched sound arcades on all sides on the upper floor.

Furnishing

A Romanesque baptismal font made of limestone from the end of the 12th century is remarkable. It is decorated with vine leaves and grapes.

The lead glass windows in the choir were donated in 1945, they depict Jesus and Mary .
