The Catholic Church of St-Sulpice in Brannens , a French parish in the Gironde department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region , was opened in the 11./12. Century erected.

The Romanesque hall building received a north aisle in the 15th century . The retracted choir ends with a semicircular apse . The columns that have been started show that the original intention was to close the nave with a vault . The round triumphal arch rests on two carved capitals . The vaulted choir has no windows, only the apse has three small arched windows.

In the 16th century the entrance on the north side was enlarged and an open vestibule was placed in front of the south portal. The arches rest on capitals with vegetable motifs.

A triangular bell gable rises above the triumphal arch. The two bells can be reached via a narrow spiral staircase . The older one dates back to 1511 and has been classified as a Monument historique since 1903 .

The church was extensively renovated by the Brannens parish in the 1980s.
