St. Achatius is a Catholic parish church in Stukenbrock -Senne in the East Westphalian castle Holte-Stukenbrock in North Rhine-Westphalia , Germany . The church belongs to the pastoral association Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock in the Archdiocese of Paderborn . The parish includes about 800 Catholics.
The chapel in Stukenbrock-Senne was consecrated in 1896 . Achatius of Armenia received it as patron . A short time later it was discovered that the church interior was insufficient and a new building was planned, the foundation stone of which was laid in 1930. In 1966 the church was extensively renovated. In particular, the innovations of the Second Vatican Council were taken up here.
