The Protestant village church of St. Andreas is a monument in the Günzerode district of the Werther municipality in the Nordhausen district in Thuringia .

history

The place, the church and the mill belonged to the former monastery of Walkenried until 1790 . Later the monastery courtyard became a domain .

The church with square windows and a tiled roof was built in half-timbered style. The rise of rise of wood located on the north side. The tower was demolished during the GDR era. The two bells ring in a wooden belfry next to the building .
