St. Clemens (Groß Börnecke)
The St. Clemens Church is a Protestant church in the village of Groß Börnecke in Saxony-Anhalt .
The building, which is no longer used by the church, goes back to the late Romanesque . The church tower to the west of the nave still dates from this time. The present ship was built between 1791 and 1794 in the classicism style with a rectangular floor plan.
The inside of the church is spanned by a wooden barrel vault. The pulpit altar on the east wall, which can be reached from the sacristy on the east side, has been preserved from the classicist furnishings . The stalls and the three-sided gallery also date from the classicism period.
There is a support association for the church. It is used for cultural purposes.
