St. Leonhard am Wonneberg is a part of the municipality and the main town in the Wonneberg municipality in the Traunstein district in Bavaria .

The parish village is a good two kilometers southwest of Waging am See .

Architectural monuments

One of the sights is the St. Leonhard Church , which gave the place its name. Other architectural monuments are the former school building and a farmhouse.
