St. Marcus (Niederschmon)
St. Marcus is a listed church in the district of Niederschmon in the village of Schmon in the city of Querfurt in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments it is listed as a monument under registration number 094 65502 .
The St. Marcus Church is located at Kirchgasse 1 in Niedermorschen. The church tower is said to have been built in 1791. The upper part of the tower is octagonal while the substructure is square and is crowned by a baroque Welschen dome. The current nave dates from the classicism period and was built from 1842 to 1843. The church is dedicated to St. Marcus .
