Furnishing
The entire artistic equipment of the church comes from the artist Josef Hauke (1920–2009), who lived in Lauenau from 1947 onwards . In 1961 he created the altar wall cross made of concrete and Italian mosaic glass with the corpus of Christ made of bronze, the statue of Mary made of bog oak and the motifs of the stained glass windows and in 1981 the new altar and ambo made of Roman travertine . In 1987 the expressive way of the cross made of stone and polyester was created as a gift from the artist to his home church .
