St. Michael cemetery chapel

The Catholic cemetery chapel St. Michael is a monument in Aichach .

Building description

The single-nave hall building , closed on three sides, is from 1668. The interior is spanned by a flat needle cap barrel over wide pilasters . On the outside of the windows there are small, retracted round-arched panels. The tower on the west side has a square floor plan with an octagon top and a pressed, pointed hood.

Furnishing

The frescoes around 1710/20 show the fall of the angels and on the sides emblems and the dance of death . The altar is from the end of the 18th century.
