The State High School Wuling ( Chinese 國立武陵高級中學 , Pinyin Guoli Wǔlíng Gaoji Zhongxue , IPA (high Chinese) [ ku̯ɔ2li4 wu3liŋ2 kɑʊ̯1tɕi2tʂʊŋ1ɕy̯œ2 ], English National Wu-Ling Senior High School , WLSH ) is a high school in Taoyuan , Taiwan . Wuling has the highest entry exam requirements of any Taoyuan high school and only a small percentage of applicants are accepted. The school is also active in international student exchange programs. There is an international student office at the school. Students come from Germany , Japan , the Czech Republic , America , Canada and Malaysia .
Wuling's sister schools include the Sakata Higashi High School in Yamagata (Japan) and the Lycée Ozenne in Toulouse ( France ). The Wuling High School is linked in a cooperation partnership with the Central National University (國立 中央 大學) and Chang Gung University (長庚 大學). Students who are enrolled in special programs have the opportunity to conduct experiments and investigations at these two universities.
At the International Physics Olympiad 2013 in Copenhagen , Lo Tsung-yu (羅宗祐) from the WLSH won a gold medal.
