The Stammerberg is a 639 meter high mountain on the border of the Swiss cantons of Zurich and Thurgau , in which the eastern part of the mountain is located. The summit of the mountain belongs to the municipality of Stammheim in the Andelfingen district of the canton of Zurich.

On the west side is the lookout tower Vorderhütten , the place of which used to belong to the Zurich network of Hochwachten .

In the northeast, at the foot of the mountain, lies the Upper Rhine with the hamlets of Etzwilen and Kaltenbach.
