The Standard Bank Pro20 Series 2006/07 was the fourth season of the South African Twenty20 Championship in cricket and was played from February 21 to March 23, 2007. The six franchises that are also active in first-class cricket in South Africa took part in the tournament . The winners were the Highveld Lions who prevailed against the Cape Cobras in the final with 6 wickets .

The six teams played in a group against each other team once. The first four qualified for the semi-finals, the winners of which won the competition in the final.
