Stanislau Sjarhejewitsch Darahakupez ( Belarusian Станіслаў Сяргеевіч Дарагакупец ; English Stanislau Syarheyevich Darahakupets ; born April 30, 1997 ) is a Belarusian sprinter .

Athletic career

Stanislau Darahakupez gained his first international experience in 2013 when he won the gold medal in the 200-meter run at the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) in Utrecht in 21.85 seconds and in 43 with the Belarusian 4-by-100-meter relay , 48s took sixth place. Two years later he reached the semi-finals at the European Junior Championships in Eskilstuna in the 100-meter run and was eliminated there with 11.07 s, while he failed over 200 meters with 21.75 s in the first round. In 2016 he was eliminated from the U20 World Championships in Bydgoszcz with 10.63 seconds in the semi-finals over 100 meters. In 2019 he reached 22nd place at the European Games in Minsk in 10.69 s. Then he was eliminated from the U23 European Championships in Gävle with 21.60 s in the first round over 200 meters and finished with the relay in 39.99 s place five. At the end of October he reached the military world games in Wuhan over 200 meters to the semi-finals and was eliminated there with 21.79 s.

In 2018 and 2019 Darahakupez became the Belarusian champion in the 100 and 200-meter races outdoors and in 2018 and 2020 he became the indoor champion in the over 200 meters.
