Stefan Hundstrup (born June 30, 1986 in Svendborg ) is a former Danish handball player .

The 1.93 meters tall and 89 kilograms heavy winger initially played for Viborg HK , GOG Svendborg TGI and Tved. From 2009 Hundstrup was under contract with AG København , with whom he won the championship in 2011 and 2012. After AGK went bankrupt in summer 2012, he joined KIF Kolding . He won the championship with KIF in 2014. From summer 2014 he ran for Bjerringbro-Silkeborg . With Bjerringbro-Silkeborg he won the championship in 2016. In December 2018 he played his last competitive game for Bjerringbro-Silkeborg. After a back operation did not bring the desired success, he ended his career in March 2020.

For the Danish national team he played 15 international matches in which he threw 24 goals. He was in the extended squad for the 2011 World Cup .
