The Stefan Karadzha Peak (English, Bulgarian връх Стефан Караджа wrach Stefan Karadja ) is a 2050  m high and icy mountain on the Loubet coast of Graham lands north of the Antarctic Peninsula . In the western foothills of the Avery Plateau, it rises 13.9 km northeast of Voit Peak , 10 km southeast of Mount Bain , 8 km south of Semela Ridge and 11.54 km north-northwest of Bacharach Nunatak . Its summit is rounded and its steep west and north-east slopes are partially free of ice. The Erskine Glacier lies northeast, one of its subsidiary glaciers to the south and west of it.

British scientists mapped it in 1976. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2015 after the Bulgarian freedom fighter Stefan Karadscha (1840–1868) in connection with places named after him in north-east and south-east Bulgaria .
