Stefan Richtstein (born June 16, 1959 in Kleve ) was CEO of Technische Werke Ludwigshafen AG in Ludwigshafen am Rhein until the end of 2006 . He was managing director of the business operations of the city of Norden GmbH in the north . Stefan Richtstein was born in 1959 in Kleve as the son of the married couple Alfred Deymann and Vera Surek . After graduating from Konrad-Adenauer-Gymnasium in Kleve-Kellen, he studied economics in Essen .
