Stefan Rupp (born May 6, 1968 in Düsseldorf ) is a German radio , podcast and event moderator and journalist .

Life

After his childhood and youth in Düsseldorf, Stefan Rupp moved to Berlin in 1989 , where he studied German and political science. Later he was co-founder, moderator and press spokesman for the Berlin radio station 98.8 Kiss FM . In 1995 he founded the fun rap band Nepper Schlepper Bad Rapper together with Christoph Azone , Mitri Sirin and Ingo Wohlfeil .

After an interlude as chief presenter at Radio Energy , he moved to Rundfunk Berlin Brandenburg in 2000 . There he moderates the morning program Der Schöne Morgen , which was awarded the first German Radio Prize in 2010, together with Christoph Azone on Radio Eins . He had hosted with Azone since 1993, at the Kiss FM station . In 2019, Rupp left Radio Eins. Since then he has been working as a podcaster for Gabor Steingart's company Media Pioneer.

In addition, Stefan Rupp moderates podium discussions and specialist conferences and is a resident DJ in the Berlin Hafenbar .
