Steffen Bühler (born April 17, 1985 in Mannheim ) is a former German handball player .

Handball career

Steffen Bühler started with handball at SC 1910 Mannheim Käfertal. He later played for the Baden regional league team SG Heddesheim, from where he moved to the 2nd Bundesliga for TSG Friesenheim in 2004 . There the 1.95 meter long runner played until 2009, then he went to SG BBM Bietigheim ; after two years he returned to Friesenheim for one season before moving to TV Großwallstadt in the 1st Bundesliga in 2012 . After relegating from the Bundesliga with TV Großwallstadt at the end of the 2012/13 season, Bühler moved to the 3rd division at TV Hochdorf , where he ended his career after the 2018/19 season.

Private

Bühler completed a degree in industrial engineering, studied business education and works for an automotive supplier in the Baden forest .
