Steinberg (municipality of Steinberg-Dörfl)
Steinberg , also Steinberg an der Rabnitz, is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Steinberg-Dörfl in Burgenland .
The village of Steinberg is located south of Dörfl in the Rabnitz valley and together with Dörfl forms the market town of Steinberg-Dörfl. It emerged in 1971 from the market community of Steinberg an der Rabnitz and the community of Dörfl. Originally laid out as a Zeilendorf with the parish church Steinberg an der Rabnitz in the middle, Steinberg developed to the northeast, where the Burgenland expressway begins at a roundabout outside the village .
