Steinfila ( Norwegian for stone file ) is a nunatak in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . It is the westernmost of a small group of Nunatakkern that mark the southwestern extension of the Payer group in the Hoelfjella .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named the Nunatak, mapped it on the basis of surveys and aerial photographs of the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960).
