Stone box from Nästegården
The restored stone box from Nästegården is located between Göteborgsvägen and the railway line to the west of Falköping in the province of Västergötland in Sweden . The complex was built between 3500 and 2800 BC. BC as a large stone grave of the funnel cup culture (TBK).
It is located in a hill covered with stones 0.2-0.4 m in diameter, about 7.0 m in diameter and 0.4-0.5 m high. The small stone box made of limestone measures around 2.2 × 0.62 m inside. The long side plates are approximately 2.8 m long, 0.4 m wide and 0.1 thick. The short side plates are missing. The only surviving capstone is 0.8 m long and wide and 0.1 m thick.
