It is located in the Loitsche district on the north side of Stendaler Straße as the head building of a row of houses. In the local register of monuments it is registered as a monument under registration number 094 70455.

Design and history

The single-storey house was built in the late 18th or early 19th century as a half-timbered house and has baroque shapes. It stands on a high stone plinth facing the street. The facade has six axes. The framework is provided with corner struts . The building is covered with a half-hipped roof .
