Until December 2006, Stenlille Kommune was a Danish municipality in what was then Vestsjællands Amt in the west of the main Danish island of Zealand . Since January 2007 it has been part of the new Sorø municipality together with the former Sorø and Dianalund municipalities .
The municipality was formed during the administrative reform in 1970 from the previous Sogn Kirke Flinterup Sogn , Munke Bjergby Sogn , Stenlille Sogn and Stenmagle Sogn .
